Last Friday, our class had an amazing time learning to make homemade pizza with Dakota — and in honor of Valentine’s Day, several students even crafted heart‑shaped pizzas! From dough‑tossing to topping creativity, everyone made it a fun and delicious experience!

Our Kitchen Coaching Marketplace/Caf Hack was a success this past year! This Kitchen Coaching provided students with an opportunity to explore how they could optimize their dining plans by utilizing the marketplace and participating in our reusable green to-go container program.
Chef Kyle instructed students in crafting a pan noodle stir-fry by utilizing ingredients sourced from the marketplace and vegetables collected from the dining hall, using a green to-go container.

This partnership with the @envirostewkzoo allowed us to craft a unique plant forward menu.
Picture above was the tasty offerings from Spoon & Fork: crispy tofu with five spice seasoning, vegetable lo mein with sweet potato noodles, and teriyaki green beans with water chestnuts.

We appreciated all the feedback we got last term on the Pop Daddy Pretzels sampling! In response we are now stocking four flavors of Pop Daddy Pretzels in the Marketplace!
